If you would like to return the Bath Buddy (or spare parts) supplied to you, please contact the company that you purchased these items from before returning the item (these maybe purchased direct from us or through one of our distributors).

It is your responsbility to package up the goods carefully and securely in a box to prevent damage in transit. If the goods are damanged in transit then you would be liable for this.

Inside the box, please include your name, address & telephone number so we can identify who the parcel is from. On the outside of the box, please include our address details so the courier DPD, know who to return the parcel to. (The Bath Buddy Company Ltd, Unit C1A The Nore, Hovefields Avenue, Basildon, Essex, SS13 1EB)

We will arrange to collect the parcel from you, using a courier company called DPD, however there maybe a charge for this.  Alternatively you can return the goods to us yourself. 

Once we receive the returned goods, we will inspect them. It is likely that the refund will not be a full refund and be just a partial refund.
If the cushion has been used then we will be unable to refund this as it is classed as a hygiene item.
